- Choose Phone number login.
- Type your 10-digit number — no +91.
- Enter your password and tap Log in.
- Your 13L lobby opens with your balance on top.
Forgot your 13L password?
- On the 13L login screen tap Forgot password.
- Enter your registered phone number.
- Tap Send and type the SMS OTP.
- Choose a new password and confirm.
- Log in again.
The withdrawal password is separate — change it under Mine → Settings.

Open the same link in Chrome, Edge or Firefox. On shared computers, don’t save the password and always log out from Mine.
Keep your 13L account yours
- A unique password you don’t use for UPI or email.
- A separate withdrawal password.
- Never share OTPs.
- Use the installed 13L app instead of search results.
- Check history for anything you didn’t do.
