Three habits make the 13L wallet boring in the best way: save the UTR, finish turnover before withdrawing, and match your bank name exactly.
Depositing with UPI
- Tap Deposit on the 13L home screen (or Wallet → Deposit).
- Choose a channel.
- Pick an amount.
- Tap Deposit — a payment page opens.
- Pay in PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm or your bank app.
- Save the 12-digit UTR.
- Return to 13L; the balance updates shortly.

Only pay on the payment page opened inside 13L — never to a UPI ID someone sends you in chat.
Before your first withdrawal
- Mine → Settings → create a withdrawal password.
- Add your bank account (name, number, IFSC) or UPI ID.
- Match the name to your bank record exactly.
Withdrawing
- Tap Withdraw.
- Check remaining turnover is zero.
- Enter an amount within the limits.
- Confirm with your withdrawal password.
- Track it in history.
